So coach decided to call off on-the-water practice this afternoon due to 30mph wind gusts. No one was happy. The sun was out, the sky was blue, and the phrase of the day was “we’ve rowed in worse.”
Coach: The Navy team even called off practice! If you want to go against Navy, fine.
Coach: *pauses and sees the looks of defiance on our faces*
Coach: No. There’s white caps. Go for a run.
