What you all should take from the recent backlash against the pansexual label is that, transgender people probably want to be seen as more than freakish abominations that only the Wokest of sexualities can date

I use the term pansexual because it lets people know right away exactly who I’m attracted to. There are bi people out there who would never date a nonbinary or transgender person, and I don’t want people questioning if I am the same. The term pansexual is not transphobic and I’d really appreciate it if y’all stop bring us down to bring bisexual people up.

Do you have a source for that information…. why wouldn’t a bisexual person date a trans or NB person that makes literally no sense.

bisexuals that wouldn’t want a relationship with a trans person aren’t less enlightened or more restrictive in their sexuality, they’re usually just transphobic bigots. pansexuals are not inherently more enlightened, and this weird tokenising of transgender people that some self-identified pansexuals display where their attitude seems to be “i’ll date anyone, even those weird trans people” is incredibly insulting and transphobic itself.

Performative wokeness strikes again
