today I was “pre-productive”. i gathered info, made templates and schedules and spreadsheets, and generally prepared for actually DOING the stuff that I need to do.
this is one of my coping mechanisms for Bad Brain Days (or days like today when I couldn’t get to sleep at a healthy hour so my brain is mush). I get the mindless organizational stuff out of the way so I don’t have to waste valuable Good Brain Day energy doing that and can just dive right in.
