I have intermittent strabismus – esotropia. It causes my eyes to cross and it’s a big problem. My depth perception is terrible and I’m in a lot of pain in my eyes. I also can’t focus on things.
When my eyes started to do this again, I looked at all the online glasses retailers I could find and they all told me they do not make the kind of lens I would need (high diopter prism progressive). I was estimated to spend about $400-600 on glasses, but I can’t afford that. I am a college student and I need to buy books, and I also need a car…
Please, I’d be grateful for anything even a reblog. Thanks so much!
On the left I’m looking forward, in the middle I’m looking right (and down). On the right I’m covering an eye to prevent seeing double.
Please help? I got the referral, and I’ll see my eye doctor on August 9th. I’m extremely grateful for the two donations I’ve gotten but I still need more help.
I’ve found GlassesUSA and Warby Parker who are online retailers who do make the glasses I need, but they both priced me at around $400 still. Any little bit helps, reblogs help too.
