It’s very inch eresting how specifically bi women are almost inevitably parsed in discourse as privileged and protected benefactors of heteropatriarchy who are morally obligated to frantically check their potential hetero privilege at all times, while bi men are very very rarely held to this standard in the discourse, and indeed may be treated as if their same gender attraction makes them innocent smol cinnamon rolls and cancels out some of their privilege as men
To be clear, I am talking about biphobic misogyny in discourse; bi men can and do also endure biphobic/homophobic abuse, especially in personal relationships
