There are a lot of reasons Netflix’s Queer Eye reboot is very important to me, but one of the biggest is that, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a TV show, or hell, any piece of media, that shows this many grown men crying.  And it’s never portrayed negatively or mockingly, just as something that men do when they’re having a lot of emotions.  Which is exactly what crying should be.  There’s a lot that can be said about how Queer Eye explores healthy ways of expressing masculinity, and I think this is one of the biggest.
