lmao I say this with love but if you’re ace it isn’t normal to freak out to the point of a panic attack or tears if you see people making out or if your allo pals start talking about relationships or sex….like that really isn’t healthy and the mindset on this website of “yeah that happens sometimes and it sux :(” is super fucking toxic.
I’m not being sarcastic or mean here, but if that’s your reaction, you need to talk to someone, you need to try and seek therapy, or whatever help is on offer.
It only gets worse the longer you’re in that frame of mind, and you’ll be miserable and tormented about it.
If you’ve no way of accessing help, at least distance yourself from this website / people that handwave that as being the norm.
